A common misconception is that tantra is not LGBTQ inclusive because it talks about the polarity of masculine/feminine energy. This couldn't be further from the truth. The truth is that energy has positive poles and negative poles. Imagine jumping your car battery. You have to have BOTH. The same is true with the energy within all humans. We can simply shift the language from masc/fem to positive/negative or active/receptive to be more inclusive of the non-binary.
